Time Zone Meeting Planner
Schedule meetings across global time zones. Find optimal meeting times for international teams, client calls, and remote coordination.
Worked Example
If you're in London (GMT) at 14:00 and scheduling with Tokyo (9 hours ahead): 14:00 + 9 hours = 23:00 (11 PM) in Tokyo — marked as off-hours. Better to schedule at 10:00 London time, which equals 19:00 (7 PM) in Tokyo — early evening.
Time Zone Conversion Formula
Target Time = Your Time + (Target Offset - Your Offset)
Convert your meeting time to each target zone by calculating the hour difference based on UTC offsets. Offsets range from UTC-12 to UTC+14.
