Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly do you respond to emails?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 business days. For accuracy reports affecting calculator results, we prioritise quickly and will acknowledge within 24 hours.
How do I report an incorrect tax rate or out-of-date holiday?
Email us at hello@utilitypilot.net with the specific calculator URL, the rate or date you believe is incorrect, and the official source you are referencing. We verify all reports against government sources before making changes.
Can I suggest a new calculator?
Absolutely. We regularly add tools based on user requests. Tell us which calculation you need, the country or context it applies to, and roughly how often you would use it. The most-requested tools get prioritised.
Do you offer an API or embeddable version?
Not yet, but both are on the roadmap. If you have a specific use case — embedding a calculator in your platform or accessing results programmatically — see the API interest page or embed page, or email us with the details and we will keep you informed.
Can I link to or reference UtilityPilot calculators?
Yes. Linking to individual calculator pages is encouraged and permitted under our Terms of Use. If you would like to mention UtilityPilot in content you are publishing, feel free to do so without prior permission.
