Ticket logged Wednesday at 4 PM. With 8:30-17:30 kantooruren, 1.5 hours count Wednesday. Thursday is Hemelvaartsdag — skipped. Many Dutch companies also close Friday (brugdag). If you keep Friday as a working day, the SLA resumes at 8:30 AM Friday.
