We aim to be accurate, but rates change and mistakes happen. This policy explains how to report a problem and how we handle it.

How to report an error
Email hello@utilitypilot.net with the page address and a short description of what looks wrong. If you can, include the official source that shows the correct figure — it helps us confirm and fix it faster.
How we review reports
Every report is reviewed against a primary source — the relevant tax authority, government portal or official customs schedule. If the report is confirmed, we correct the content. If we cannot reproduce the problem, we reply to explain what we found.
How quickly we act
Confirmed errors that affect a calculated result are prioritised and corrected promptly. Substantive guides and jurisdiction pages carry a visible last-reviewed date so you can see when they were last checked.
